Fourdan Collects First-Career MIAA Golfer of the Week Honor

She shared the honor with UCO’s Grace Hall

KANSAS CITY, Mo. – The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association has announced its weekly women's golf honors, naming freshman Lou Fourdan co-golfer of the week for the first time in her career. She is the first Hillcat to earn this distinction since Lydia Sitorus on March 12, 2025.

Fourdan and Central Oklahoma's Grace Hall were the top finishers from the MIAA at the Missouri Western Holiday Inn Express Invitational (Regional Preview) held this week at St. Joseph Country Club. A native of Carnac, France, Fourdan led the No. 21 Hillcats with a career-best third-place finish, jumping 12 spots from the opening round. She finished with a score of 152 (+8), including a final round of 74 (+2) that featured three birdies. Fourdan's performance contributed to the Hillcats' fifth-place team finish overall.

The Hillcats will be back in action next Monday and Tuesday to host the Tulsa Cup. The tournament will be held at The Club at Forest Ridge in Tulsa.
