Biography

About: Manbodh was error free in 157 chances as the Hillcats primary catcher in 2010. He recorded 37 hits and drove in 23 runs. Manbodh proved to be a huge addition for the RSU program after joining the Hillcats for the spring semester in 2009. He quickly solidified himself as the starting catcher and hit .367 with six home runs and 33 RBI. Manbodh was named the team’s “Newcomer of the Year.” He originally signed with NCAA Division I Bethune Cookman after a standout prep career at Edgewater High School in Orlando, Fla. He hit .404 as a senior and led EHS in on-base percentage. Manbodh’s parents are natives of Guyana, South America.
