Biography

About: Walkup started 58 games at first base in her first season with the Hillcats in 2008. She led the team with five triples and 17 sacrifice bunts. She also finished third in RBI (34) and slugging percentage (.435). Walkup was chosen as the Offensive MVP at Hutchinson Community College where she earned all-region honorable mention accolades in 2007.
