Biography

About: Smith led the Hillcats in scoring her first season on the hill, averaging 12.3 points per game. She was named All-SAC honorable mention after appearing in all 34 games for the Cats, starting 27. She joined the Hillcats after an impressive two year career at Penn Valley Community College. A two-time Co-MVP at Penn Valley, Smith averaged 18 points, three assists, two rebounds and three steals last season as a sophomore. Leah earned all-region honors as both a freshman and sophomore. Smith said she chose RSU because “It was the perfect fit for me and I would still be close to my family.”
