Biography

About: Williams is back on the Hill for his final season in the navy and red as a redshirt senior. The Mansfield, Texas native competed in five rounds over two tournaments during the 2013-14 season. He fired his low round of the year carding a 77 at the Midwestern State Invitational. As a redshirt freshman in 2012-13, Williams played two tournaments shooting a personal best of 1-over-par 73 in the opening round of the 2012 Northwood Fall Shootout. He spent the 2011-12 campaign, his first season on the Hill, redshirting for RSU. Williams joined the Hillcats from Mansfield High School where he was a member of a Texas State Championship team. The son of Dennis and Tina Williams, he said he chose RSU because "it was a great opportunity to grow into a better person and golfer."
