CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State women's basketball (1-4) earned their first win of the season in a 78-30 rout of Randall on Tuesday.

Three Hillcats finished in double figures on the night.
Bailey Kliewer led RSU with 15 points to go with three rebounds, five steals and two assists.
Tangee Gagau nearly had a double-double with 12 points and a team-high seven rebounds with an assist and a steal.
Chloe Martin added 11 points and a rebound.

The Hillcats controlled the game from the opening tip, starting on a 13-0 run in the first four minutes. Randall managed to cut the lead to 16-8 with three and a half minutes remaining in the period. RSU carried a 20-10 lead into the second quarter.

RSU got it rolling in the final 10 minutes of the half as they opened the second quarter on a 18-4 run to push out to their first 20-plus point lead at 38-14. They extended the lead to 30 at 45-15 and held a 45-20 advantage going into the break.

The Hillcats continued to roll in the second half as they pushed out to a 64-26 lead in the third quarter. They enlarged their lead in the fourth quarter, outscoring the Saints 14-4 to take the 78-30 victory. This is RSU's largest margin of victory since defeating Bacone 101-32 last season.

The Hillcats will be back in action on Saturday, Nov. 26 as they welcome Oklahoma Wesleyan to the Expo Center to close out the non-conference portion of the schedule. Tipoff is set for 1 p.m.
