How It Happened
- An Elexis Watson RBI double to center field would push Jaylan Gibson and Danelle Day in for the games first to runs in the top of the second inning.
- An RBI single from Day in the third inning would bring Tailee Reding in for the third Hillcat run on the day.
- Morales would give up her first hit of the evening in the fourth inning, but the Hillcats would retire the side with the following batter.
- The fourth run of the game came in the fifth inning after Day reached on a fielding error by the Blue Tigers, which sent Reding in for her second run on the day.
- The Hillcats would score the fifth and final run of the game in the top of the sixth inning after Aliie McFetridge had an RBI ground out, bringing in Brielle Tyseling.

- Day went 1-for-3 in game one with two RBI's, a run scored, and a walk.
- Gibson went 2-for-3 from the plate in game one with a run scored and a walk.
- Reding went 2-for-4 from the plate in game one with two runs.
- Morales picked up her ninth win with the shutout. She had 12 strikeouts, two runs allowed, and a walk.

How It Happened
- Lincoln would score the game's first run after hitting an RBI triple in the bottom of the first inning.
- An RBI single from Reding in the third inning would send Lana Gass in for the run to tie the game at 1-1.
- The Hillcats would go hitless until the seventh when Watson doubled to center field, but the Hillcats would not be able to capitalize.
- The Blue Tigers would score the game-winning run in the bottom of the eighth inning after hitting a grounder to Sabrina Anguiano with the bases loaded, allowing the run to come in from third.
Game Notes
- Watson went 1-for-2 at the plate in game two with a walk.
- Gass went 1-for-3 from the plate in game two with a run scored.
