WARRENSBURG, Mo. – Rogers State women's soccer (6-3-1, 1-2 MIAA) fell in a 4-0 decision to Central Missouri (8-1-1, 2-0-1 MIAA) on Sunday.

While the Hillcats managed to outshoot the Jennies 12-11, they unfortunately were only able to get off one shot on goal.

UCM wasted no time getting things started as they connected on the first goal of the match in the 14th minute. The RSU defense was able to hold them at bay for most of the half, until they scored again in the 40th minute to take a 2-0 lead into the intermission.

The Jennies again kickstarted the second half, scoring immediately in the 46th minute. Eleven minutes later, they would add their final goal on a penalty kick to seal the 4-0 victory.

The Hillcats will be back in action on Friday, Oct. 8 as they travel to Emporia, Kan. to face off against Emporia State.
