The Hillcats would have several chances over the final 20 minutes, but were unable to find an equalizer. Hailey Gunn and Maggie Brown both had shots saved by Raegen Wells in the immediate respone to the goal.

Hannah Mushisky also had an effort saved in the final few minutes and Brown had a free kick from about 25 yards sail just over the crossbar.
