CLAREMORE, Okla. - Rogers State will enter the 2011 Sooner Athletic Conference Softball Tournament as the seventh seed as the bracket was released Wednesday morning.

RSU will face the No. 2 seed Oklahoma City at 11 a.m. from ASA Hall of Fame Complex in Oklahoma City, Okla. on Friday, May 6. The Stars hold the season advantage over RSU 4-0 after claiming a pair of double-header sweeps in the last five days. Friday's contest will mark the fifth game in seven days between the Hillcats and Stars.

Rogers State posted its third consecutive 30-plus win season with a record of 32-26, 9- 17 in conference play. The Hillcats have knocked off three Top 10 teams in then No. 10 Southern Nazarene, No. 9 Trevecca Nazarene and No. 6 Central Baptist College.
