ST. CHARLES, Mo. - Rogers State was handed its first loss of the season as Lindenwood University blanked the Hillcats 4-0 Friday night in St. Charles, Mo.
Â
RSU hadn't allowed a goal in 2008 coming in to Friday's match. That changed quickly as Lindsey Shea scored two of the Lions four first half goals. The Hillcats managed just three shots on goal while Lindenwood posted nine. Freshman goalie Jessica McCutcheon tallied five saves in her second start for the Cats.

McKenzie Creamer and Lydia Elking posted one goal each in the winning effort. RSU returns to action Sunday against Missouri Valley College in St. Charles, Mo.
