Brandon Dugan returned to the Hill in June 2025 as the Assistant Athletic Director for Communications.
Dugan joined RSU from Missouri Western State University, where he served as the Director of Athletic Communications for one year. In this role, he served as the primary media contact and statistician for all Griffon sports while also overseeing the athletics website.
Before his time at MoWest, Dugan was a Sports Information Graduate Assistant at Concordia University, St. Paul in Minnesota. He was the primary media contact for the soccer, swim and dive and baseball programs while completing his master's degree in business administration.
The native of Owasso, Oklahoma, earned a bachelor's degree in sports management in 2022 from Rogers State University. During this time, he also interned and worked as a student employee in the athletic department.
Dugan has experience not only in collegiate athletics but also as a statistician and official scorer for the Tulsa Drillers, the Double-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Dodgers, and the St. Paul Saints, who are the Triple-A affiliate of the Minnesota Twins.
