Jenny King began her stint as the RSU pitching coach in 2007. Under her watch the Hillcat pitching staff posted a 2.22 ERA and placed two pitchers on the All-Region VI team. King received a bachelor’s degree in elementary education from the University of Tulsa where she was a four-year starter for the Golden Hurricane softball team. She ranks first in career strikeouts and innings pitched and third in career wins for the Hurricane. She also ranks first in single-season shutouts and second is single-season ERA. King is a graduate of Bishop Kelly High School where she earned all-state softball honors. She has been working in the child care industry and is currently a small business owner. King is married to Drew King of Broken Arrow, Okla.
