Chelsea Spain rejoined the Hillcats as an assistant coach in September 2024.
No stranger to Rogers State, Spain played a large role in the Hillcats' success over the last few years as a stalwart in the infield for RSU. The Purcell, Okla. native was a driving force that led RSU to two MIAA Championships, including their first regular season title last season, as well as the 2022 National Championship. After three seasons on the Hill, Spain finished her career with a .252 average in 511 at bats with 129 hits, 115 runs, 13 home runs and 82 RBI.

She racked up her fair share of accolades in the red and navy as she was a CSC Acdemic All-District Selection and a multi-time MIAA Honor Roll recipient.

Spain is working toward her bachelor's degree in medical/molecular biology.
