With the Hillcats, Rozanski serves as the strength and conditioning coordinator and organizes all team travel. He also is responsible for skill development for the players and their academic progress. Rozanski comes to the defending Heartland Conference regular season champions after spending the 2015-16 season as an assistant at NCAA Division I University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. While with the Vaqueros, he was a major part of recruiting, film breakdown, scouting opponents, and maintaining academic standards.

Prior to his stint at UTRGV, Rozanski worked one season as an assistant coach at NCAA Division II West Virginia Wesleyan (2014-15), NCAA Division III University of Texas at Tyler (2013-14), and University of Saint Mary of the NAIA (2012-13)

The elder Rozanski led his teams to multiple section, district, and state championships while compiling more than 600 victories in his 32-year coaching career. Rozanski enjoyed success as a point guard on the basketball team, finishing his career as the all-time leading scorer, and as a quarterback for the football team as he garnered all-state honors in both sports. He was named The Daily News Basketball Player of the Year and Athlete of the Year in 2007.

To start his collegiate career, Rozanski attended Seton Hill University (NCAA DII) for two years, contributing significantly as a true freshman before transferring to Ave Maria University (NAIA). During his time at AMU, Rozanski was named the team MVP in 2009-10 and team defensive MVP in 2010-11. Additionally, Rozanski garnered USCAA All-America Honorable Mention honors in 2010-11 as he ranked third in the NAIA in total assists, fifth in assists per game, and seventh in assist-to-turnover ratio.

Rozanksi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in economics from Ave Maria University in 2011 and graduated from the University of Saint Mary with an MBA in 2015.
