Prep: Played her prep career at Sharyland High School under head coach Fernando Rodriguez...Placed in the top 10 at the 5A Texas State Championship with a ninth-place finish during her junior season...Second in the regional to advance to the state championship...Named the Girls Golf Outstanding Athlete for Sharyland...In the classroom, a member of the National Honor Society and made the Dean's List and Honor Roll during her time at Sharyland...Won two tournaments on the Junior Tour of the Southern Texas Section of the PGA in the summer...Earned one of her wins at the Junior Tour event at Brownsville Golf Center with a score of 69 in her final event of the summer...Won a Junior Tour event at The Republic Golf Club...Finished second in three events and third one other time...As a sophomore campaign at Sharyland, paced in the top three in the region, and as a sophomore was All-Region Honorable Mention along with being named the Newcomer of the Year.
