INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Rogers State men's basketball (17-9, 11-6 MIAA) was ranked ninth in the latest NCAA Division II Central Region rankings released Wednesday afternoon.
The Hillcats are one of six teams from the MIAA featured in the rankings. No. 3 Washburn holds the top spot, followed by No. 7 Oklahoma Baptist, Central Missouri, Arkansas-Fort Smith, No. 21 St. Cloud State, Missouri Western, Ouachita Baptist, Fort Hays State, Rogers State and Harding. The top eight teams in the Central Region will earn a spot in the 64-team NCAA Division II National Tournament following the conclusion of the conference postseason tournaments on Sunday, March 8.
