PAWLEY'S ISLAND, S.C. – Hillcat men's golf put together a strong showing on the final day of the Spring Bulldog Clash, jumping three spots to finish 10
th on the par-70 Caledonia Golf & Fish Club.
RSU finished tied for 10th place with a three-round total of 886 (+46). USCA won the team title with a score of 857 (+17), including a third-round score of three under par. Lenoir-Rhyne took second with a score of 867 (+27), while Coker rounded out the top three at 290 (+33).
Junior
Dylan Ros, who recorded a hole-in-one in the second round, shot a three-under-par 69 in the final round to tie for 23
rd place with a total score of 220 (+10). The Westpunt, Aruba, native made four birdies, with one on the front nine and three on the back nine.
Kobsak Phisitbuntoon finished second on his team with a score of 221 (+11) after shooting one over par in the final round, resulting in a tie for 28
th place.
Callum Brown tied for 38
th with a score of 223 (+13), while
Tyler Collier finished tied for 63
rd with a score of 228 (+18).
Miguel Mora rounded out the team's scoring with a score of 230 (+20) to finish tied for 74
th.
Men's golf will return to action, March 9-10, for the 11
th Annual Hillcat Classic at Bailey Ranch Golf Club in Owasso.
