Rogers State Women's Basketball Unveils 2026-27 Schedule

RSU to host 14 games at the Claremore Expo Center this season

CLAREMORE, Okla. – Rogers State Women's Basketball head coach Heather Davis has announced the 2026-27 schedule. They will play a 28-game regular season schedule featuring 14 home games, including 11 against conference opponents at the Claremore Expo Center.

Before the regular season, the Hillcats will play two exhibition games in Tulsa, facing the University of Tulsa on Nov. 7 at 2 p.m. at the Reynolds Center and Oral Roberts on Nov. 9 at 11 a.m. at the Mabee Center.

The season opens on Nov. 13-14 in Tahlequah at the NSU Event Center during the MIAA/GAC Regional Challenge. Rogers State will take on Oklahoma Baptist on Friday at 7:30 p.m. and Southwestern Oklahoma State on Saturday at the same time.

The official home opener is set for Nov. 17 at noon against Haskell Indian Nations for the annual Claremont Day game. Following that, the Hillcats will travel to Oklahoma City to face Oklahoma Christian on Nov. 21.

Rogers State will conclude non-conference play at home against East Central on Nov. 23 at 5 p.m. and the University of Science and Arts on Nov. 28 at 1:30 p.m.

MIAA play begins at home on Dec. 5 at 1:30 p.m. against Central Oklahoma. Other home matchups include Pittsburg State (Dec. 9), Missouri Southern (Dec. 12), Northwest Missouri State (Dec. 31), Missouri Western (Jan. 2), Northeastern State (Jan. 13), and Arkansas-Fort Smith (Jan. 16). The Hillcats will host Fort Hays State on Feb. 4, Nebraska-Kearney on Feb. 6, Central Missouri on Feb. 18, and Washburn for Senior Day on Feb. 20.

MIAA road play will kick off with games at Nebraska-Kearney on Dec. 18 and Fort Hays State on Dec. 20. Additional road games include contests against Washburn (Jan. 7), Central Missouri (Jan. 9), Northeastern State (Jan. 20), Emporia State (Jan. 24), Missouri Southern (Jan. 27), Pittsburg State (Jan. 30), Central Oklahoma (Feb. 13), Northeastern State (Feb. 24), and Arkansas-Fort Smith (Feb. 27).

The MIAA Tournament is set for March 4-7 at Municipal Auditorium in downtown Kansas City, where the Hillcats aim to qualify for the conference tournament for the first time since joining the league in 2019.

The NCAA Tournament will take place from March 12-15 at the venue of the top or second seed in the final regional rankings. The NCAA Elite Eight is scheduled for March 22-26 in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
