KANSAS CITY, Mo. - The Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association (MIAA) announced its academic awards for the 2025 men's and women's cross country season on Tuesday.
A total of 29 Rogers State athletes were named to the MIAA's academic honor roll, including 16 from the women's team and 13 from the men's team.
For the women, the honorees are

Kiera Blumhof,
Cadence Cordova,
Emily Cruz,
Brooklyn Garafola,
Ann-Marie Dorsey,
Kenzie Gilliam,
Britt Hunter,
Rayna Kucharyski,
Sisely Mitchell,
Audrey McElhaney,
Kaylee Nay,
Leyla Saldana,
Sarah Swofford and
Jordan Wallace. Nay and Wallace, both All-MIAA runners with GPAs of 3.5 or higher, were named Scholar Athletes. Nay and Cordova also made the Academic Excellence list for achieving a perfect 4.0 GPA.
The men's honorees are

Nathaneal Gibson,
Nathan Hernandez,
Solomon Higgins,
Aidan Jimenez,
Phillip Owens,
Cade McCall,
Jack Morgan and
Clint Stapleton. Gibson was recognized as a Scholar Athlete for being an All-MIAA performer with a GPA over 3.5, while McCall earned a spot on the Academic Excellence list for achieving a 4.0 GPA.
To be recognized on the league's Academic Honor Roll, student-athletes must have a GPA of 3.00 or above at the certifying institution and must have attended for at least two terms, excluding summer sessions.
