Women's Cross Country Checks in at 18th in USTFCCCA Poll

RSU was picked 18th in the preseason poll and was 16th last week

NEW ORLEANS, La. – The U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) unveiled its second NCAA Division II Women's Cross Country regular season poll, and RSU was ranked 18th, earning a total of 100 points. The Hillcats were also placed 18th in the preseason poll.
 
The Hillcats dropped two spots from 16th in this week's USTFCCCA Poll. They are ranked fourth in yesterday's NCAA Division II Central Region poll, trailing No. 13 Winona State, No. 14 Pittsburg State and No. 19 Missouri Southern.
 
Adams State remains the top team in the country with 240 points. They are followed by West Texas A&M with 232 points and Grand Valley State with 224 points.
