Drovers Drop Hillcat Men, 4-0

CHICKASHA, Okla. - The University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma shutout Rogers State, 4-0 in the semifinal round of the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament Monday in Chickasha, Okla.

The top-seeded Drovers scored three second half goals to put the game away and close the books on the 2009 season for the Hillcats. Gavin Otieno gave No. 21 USAO the lead with a strike in the 36th minute. David Otieno added two second half goals and Dusan Rasovic tacked on the final tally.

Sean Surridge, the reigning SAC Defensive Player of the Week, allowed four goals while posting six saves. Ryan McEntee was credited with three saves and recorded the shutout for USAO.

Rogers State (13-6-1) produced the most wins in program history and notched its first postseason victory in 2009.
