CLAREMORE, Okla. - Rogers State scored four times in the second half and ran away from Friends University (Wichita, Kan.) for a 5-0 victory at Soldier Field in Claremore, Okla., Saturday.

Sophomore Tiffany Roberts posted a hat trick to cap off a banner week. The Claremore native tallied the first three goals of the match. Roberts' first strike came at the 30:52 mark of the first half. Her next two scores came four minutes apart in the second half on assists from Summer White and Whitnie Ginn, respectively. Roberts closed out the week with five goals after scoring twice in the Cats 4-2 win over Northwestern Okla. State Thursday.

Senior Carey Cloud and sophomore Jessica May finished off the Falcons with a pair of late goals. RSU outshot Friends 20 to 8 and didn't allow a shot on goal in the match. The Hillcats blitzed Falcons goalie Sarah Goldsmith for five goals while posting an additional 14 shots on goal.

Rogers State (6-1, 1-0) extended its win streak to four games while posting its fourth shutout of the season. The Hillcats return to conference play Tuesday as they host St. Gregory's at Soldier Field. The women's match is scheduled for 6 p.m. and will be followed by the men at 8 p.m.
